The rules we follow
Adults only, ID required
After Hours Delvery only sells and delivers to adults 19 years of age or older, the legal age for alcohol and cannabis in Ontario. We check government-issued photo ID at the door for every delivery, with no exceptions.
We will not complete a delivery to anyone who is underage, unable to show valid ID, or appears intoxicated. We do not sell to minors, and we ask that orders never be placed on behalf of someone under 19.
By ordering, you confirm that you and the person receiving the delivery are of legal age and that the delivery address is within our Kitchener-Waterloo service area. We deliver in line with local laws.
